What we do not collect
This platform does not collect respondent names, emails, or other personally identifying information tied to survey answers. Open-text responses are sanitized before any LLM-assisted analysis runs.
School custody of the code map
Schools maintain the offline mapping between access codes and individuals. Creative Transformations acts as a school official with a legitimate educational interest under the consulting agreement.
COPPA and younger students
For grades 5-6, schools certify verifiable parental consent before participation when required by COPPA. Engagement intake records the attestation, and codes for those grade bands stay locked until the attestation is on file.
